The kitchen sources quality beef and cooks everything to exact specifications—I've had my ribeye cooked perfectly medium-rare every single time I've visited. The atmosphere is classic steakhouse with dark wood booths, dim lighting, and a wine list that goes way deeper than you'd expect from a regional casino property. The baked potatoes are loaded properly, the sides come in generous portions, and their signature whiskey sauce is something people actually remember. Dinner service gets busy after 7pm on weekends so either get there early or make reservations—walk-ins sometimes wait 45 minutes even during slower seasons.
